What a fun little party skirt! Made from a shiny wet-look polyester, it almost looks like draped buttery leather. The skirt is diagonally seamed, and has layers sewn into the seams that are draped and gathered to create lots of volume. It zips up on the side and the zipper is covered with a smocked placket and decorative buttons. The smocking is also along the back seam of the skirt and is topped with the buttons as well.
